SAP Mobile Collection Application is a mobile application where your employees making payments in the field can view the customers who need to make collections in their regions, whether on iOS or Android mobile devices, and can collect payments by selecting any of the POS, cash or money order collection types available on the payment information screen. Via the mobile collection application, the customer's payment records, agreement term, collection type and amount of collection can be displayed in detail. After payment, the collection is immediately saved or sent for confirmation. Thanks to the system with direct integration with SAP, the received payment can be saved to the SAP system at the time of payment.
The system, which can work online and offline, has features such as automatic invoice closure and the ability to monitor the transfer information from the mobile media.
