The Suggestion Management System is a solution in which organizations with a large number of employees can collect their employees' suggestions to improve their processes and the suggestions can be classified by machine learning.
In the system, any employee can type in a suggestion for a process that can be improved. The suggestion is first checked by the system to see whether there has been any other suggestion submitted on the same subject before. If there is, the solution is presented to the person who submitted the suggestion. If no suggestion has been made on the same subject, the system determines which department is in charge of that specific task by means of machine learning, and then the suggestion is automatically directed to the relevant department manager.
In addition, thanks to “search” segment in the solution, you can manually search for prior suggestions on any subject. The Suggestion System, with its ability to interpret sentences, matches a specific suggestion searched with the suggestions previously entered into the system and shows the result.
